Additional Information
  • Guests are free to reschedule. Reschedules made with short notice may not always be able to be accommodated.
  • Free to change which guests are coming on the flight. This may affect the Weight and Balance performance which may require a change of flight. This may not always be possible with short notice.
  • Two guests are required for a flight to go ahead. The maximum the aircraft can carry is weight-dependent, but up to 7 passengers.
  • In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, the operator will attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent.
  • This experience is not Wheelchair Accessible. Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from our staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency.
Cancellation Policy
  • Safety is of utmost priority at Ayers Rock Scenic Flights, for this reason, the operator reserves the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which place the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits
  • Please ensure correct weights are given when booking and if you have any concerns call us to discuss
  • Any cancellations by the pilots due to weather or maintenance will receive a full refund
